If Congress legislates to legalize abortion, it will not be straightforward to stop the fanatical Justices from finding an excuse to overturn that law.

According to the writer, the Court of Chaos has already abolished most of the possible bases for Congress to establish any sort of right. It is now easier to prohibit something nationwide than to make it lawful nationwide.

Here's a plan that would do the job — because it includes expanding the Supreme Court. That would make possible reversing the damage, not just the immediate decision overturning Roe v Wade, but the deeper levels too.

The EU is considering a sweeping requirement for all commercial services for users to communicate or post anything to scan all communications.

The stated purpose is to detect child sexual abuse, but since this is a tool for Chinese-style repression, it hardly matters what purpose is stated.
