Treaty to ban fossil fuels

14 island countries in the Pacific Ocean are considering a strict treaty to gradually end use of fossil fuels. They are in danger of being wiped out by sea level rise.

Their own use of fossil fuel is too little to make a difference either way, but their taking a strict position may help influence other countries.
