I just watched episodes 4, 5 and 6 of “Mondoka Maggica” back to back with my mom cause she kept insisting that we watch more (she was really excited!!!) it was so fun to watch with her and see what her predictions were, she predicted that Madoka would wish for Sayaka to stop being a magical girl, which is wrong but I can def see where she’s coming from with that theory since the show kind of points you toward that 
and then in episode 6 when they revealed that their souls are literally in the soul gems, my mom was like “so that means mami is still alive?” which is something I first thought when I watched the show when it was airing :OOO but I had to tell her that mami keeps her soul gem in her hair so it was crushed when charlotte ate her
she likes it a lot and it’s so fun!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait to watch the next few episodes with her, especially episodes 8, 10 and 12 which are my favorites
it started out as kind of a joke-y sort of thing like “heh im gonna watch anime with my mom and tell everyone how she reacts cause it’s cute” but i’m honestly really happy that I can share something with my mom that I really enjoy, and have fun watching it with her and discussing it with her and stuff, it’s cool, im not tearing up or anything that would be gay B’)
