Yes it’s what’s called a dakimakura: a hug pillow, also known as “bolster” (in French we have two possible words: “traversin” and the less formal “polochon”). Width 50 cm, height 150 cm, you wrap yourself around it in bed for a pleasant sensation for sleeping.
