Following a call for contributions via social networks, here's a quick review of the expectations of the community about the missing applications (? essential ?) in Firefox OS.

The main applications are for more security :
Encryption of SMS / MMS
Ability to use Tor
Use of GPG in the mail application
A Openvpn client

And synchronization
Native support for CardDAV (with self-signed TLS certificates support)
An OwnCloud application (supporting different OwnCloud services )

Finally, a request a little more geek
An SSH client

For all these applications, it's probably difficult to create it as applications based on HTML5 technology / CSS3 / Javascript. An integration at the lower layer Gaia (Gonk) is probably necessary ... Developer Firefox OS, Mozilla, please, take into account the needs of your community. Thank you.
