Here we go again! Jack and Peggy set off for another spacewalk later today, these pictures taken from last time they went out. Today they will replace a faulty MDM or multiplexer-demultiplexer, a computer that operates the Space Station's systems. No need to worry, just like with aircraft and other critical operations the Space Station has backups for almost everything and we are doing fine using the backup computer. Better not to rely on the backup though, which is why we have this short spacewalk today.

C’est reparti ! Jack et Peggy sortiront à nouveau cet après-midi pour remplacer un MDM (multiplexeur-démultiplexeur, c’est-à-dire un ordinateur qui contrôle tous les aspects des systèmes informatiques de la Station) défectueux. Pas de quoi s’inquiéter : des systèmes de secours sont évidemment prévus pour faire face à ce genre de situation, le temps de la régler par une activité extravéhiculaire.
