The ISDS system (I Sue Democratic States) in many business-supremacy treaties has become so controversial that it is hard for the EU to agree to new treates which have it.

The pressure to "reform" the system may lead to positive changes, but what is needed is to completely prevent the ISDS from interfering with laws to end plutocracy.
