SCROTUS have made the bill to repeal Obama's medical insurance system even nastier, to satisfy extreme right-wingers, and the troll is threatening to punish congresscritters that don't vote for it.

Those that do vote for it will be punished by their constituents, when the see how it kills their relatives.
