Biden ordered an attack at two Iran-linked militias in Syria.

This raises two moral issues: was it harmful to nuclear negotiations with Iran, and did it violate the War Powers Act.

This is a decrease in level of violence compared with when the wrecker was president, so I tend to think it won't affect the negotiations. However, Biden has done other things that may put these negotiations at risk.
