If you had also some problem with the resolution of chrome after a windows 8.1 update, you'll need to check its properties and disable the display scaling on high DPI settings.
I also had this problem with Steam.
Si vous aussi vous avez des soucis avec la résolution de chrome apres une mise à jour vers windows 8.1, vous aurez besoin de vérifier ses propriétés et de disactiver le scaling de l'affichage sur les configurations sous haute résolution.
J'ai aussi eu ce soucis avec Steam.
