Oh... on peut donc faire un backup de son téléphone sans appli spécifique et sans être root, simplement avec le toolkit adb ?  Il faudra que je teste ça.

EDIT: Je recopie ici pour être sûr de ne pas le perdre:
Partial (only Data and APP): adb backup -apk -noshared -nosystem -all -f 123.ab
Full Backup (with Settings.  Restore only Same Version and Same Device works):  adb -d wait-for-device backup -apk -shared -system -all -f 123-full.ab
