the transformation sequences are the absolute worst tbh

god yeah…when most people think of sailor moon, the transformation sequences come to mind cause that was one of the most defining aspects of the series even if it was just recycled animation lmao it was just a cool part of the show and they were always animated so beautifully that I didn’t mind seeing it in almost every episode. But the new transformations are soooo underwhelming, I tried so hard to warm up to them but they’re just so awkwardly-animated with the pointless 3D stuff and look really lazy. pretty safe to say by now that I hate them a lot
