the time when i ran inside my house after going to see The Ring 2 with some girls i knew in 6th grade and ended up accidentally headbutting my mom while trying to hug her and breaking her nose
never in my life have i heard my mom cry that hard ;_; 
and her nose bled enough to make two whole dish towels totally soaked, i was pretty traumatized by the guilt and by the fear of my dad and brother wanting to kill me for hurting my mom, lol. the fact that i had just watched a scary (for an 11 year old i guess) movie didn’t help either 
and just a week after that we went on a vacation to Florida and my mom was really self-conscious about her nose the whole time because apparently it was crooked and i felt so bad
